During these difficult times, boating in small groups is quickly becoming a popular activity. We want to help get as many people out on the water, as safely as possible, and we can’t do that without your support. Feel free to give us a call with any questions or to book your trip!
Please wear a mask upon arrival. We ask that you wear a mask when you arrive at the office and when walking to and from the changing rooms. This is a new mandate for the state of Washington and our business could be reported and fined as a result of not following this order. You do not need to wear a mask when you are in the hot tub boat.
We use fresh water in our hot tub boats for every trip and disinfect the boats before and after every trip. We are following CDC guidance to regularly disinfect all high-touch surfaces in our office and changing area. Staff wear face coverings and we ask that all guests wear face coverings when they check in and check out. Note: guests do not have to wear face coverings while they are using the boat.
We are limiting the number of trips per day to maximize safety and ensure only one group at a time is using our facilities. We are modifying our check-in procedures to reduce in-person interaction time between guests and staff and we ask that all guests maintain six feet of distance from our staff when they do arrive. We are also using e-waivers that you can fill out ahead of time via email or on your phone when you arrive to minimize touch-points.
Our staff wear face masks and maintain six feet of distance from guests. They will be required to take their temperature at the office every morning and certify that they have had no symptoms in the last 48 hours and have not been in contact with any such person.
Per Washington State Department of Health requirements, customers must cancel their reservation if they have a fever, cough, shortness of breath, fatigue, muscle aches, or new loss of taste or smell. We will ensure that you can reschedule with no penalty when you are feeling better and offer full refunds for any health-related reasons.
